Our holistic approach to quality education targets the root causes of children who are not attending school or not learning when they are there. It's not enough to put students in the classroom by paying fees— they can't learn if there is no place to sit, no teacher, no books, no food, and no toilet facilities. Even the smartest student will not be successful in learning if basic needs are not met.
Your donations will continue to help us to:
- Create Safe and Healthy Learning Environments: By providing a safe and healthy environment, children have a place to sit, water to use, and food at noon so that they can focus on their studies instead of hunger pangs.
- Strengthen Teaching Quality and Enhance Learning in Schools: Living quarters, textbooks and other classroom supplies help teachers be better teachers and influence the educational experience for every child.
- Provide Education Through Merit-Based Scholarships: Providing scholarships for school fees, uniforms and personal supplies allows qualified disadvantaged students to attend schools that they might not otherwise reach.
